Team is your worker registry. Enrollment is self-serve onboarding. Crews are named groups you reuse when dispatching jobs.

Team registry

Open Team to:
  • See members, roles, and compliance badges
  • Invite people by email
  • Import a roster CSV (download the template from the import flow)
  • Open a worker’s compliance page for credentials and documents
  • Review right-to-work and training / certification status before assigning work
Workers who accept an invite join your organisation on sign-in instead of creating a solo org.

Invites

  1. From Team, invite with a work email and role.
  2. The invitee creates an account (web or mobile) and lands in your org.
  3. Managers can update name and photo; compliance fields follow your org policies in Settings. Credential cards that your organisation has not enabled (for example CSCS or SIA) stay hidden on the worker profile — only relevant gates appear.

Enrollment campaigns

Open Enrollment for higher-volume onboarding:
  • Create a campaign and share a public link
  • Require ID verification before workers become dispatchable
  • Toggle extra capture (e.g. driving licence, motor insurance) when your vertical needs it
Until onboarding is complete, roster gates can block assignment so incomplete profiles do not land on a job by accident. Resolve gaps from Team or the attention list on Compliance.

Labour engagement and CIS

Set each worker’s labour engagement (employee / subcontractor / agency / platform) on their compliance page — right-to-work gates can apply to every category when enabled. When CIS evidence at dispatch is on in Settings, record UTR and CIS verification status for labour-only subcontractors. Soft warnings appear on job assign when evidence is missing (employees are excluded). Status flows into the inspection-pack roster CSV for principal-contractor audits — see Settings and billing.

Training and trade tickets

Open a worker’s compliance page to add training records (type, dates, expiry). Construction trade tickets, SIA co-requisites (EFAW / refresher / ACT), Care Certificate induction, and pipeline/energy ILI-PQ / OQ slots use the same register once those types are in your org catalog. Required or gate-enforced types warn at dispatch when missing or expired.

Labour-provider flags

Members can be marked as labour-provider / subcontracted labour where your process needs that distinction. Those flags can appear in inspection-pack roster exports for audit chains.

Crews

Open Crews to create named work groups (e.g. night turnaround crew, weekend viewing pool).
  • Assign a crew when creating or editing a job
  • Filter the Board by work crew
  • Use timeline By crew to see who is scheduled when
Crews are for dispatch convenience — compliance still lives on each worker in Team.
