Subscription and Stripe

On the Organisation tab, the subscription card manages your platform plan:
  • New orgs typically complete Checkout for a free trial, then a paid plan
  • Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal (card, plan changes)
  • Until the subscription is active or trialing, the app may gate the dashboard behind /billing/checkout

Stripe Connect (invoice payments)

Connect onboarding (when enabled) lets you attach payment links when sending invoices. Status badges show Ready / Setup incomplete / Not connected. Optional invoice-advance referral and insurance attach appear here when your plan includes them — Mustre does not lend money or sell insurance directly.

Compliance policy

The Compliance tab toggles the gates that apply at enrollment, dispatch, and clock-in — for example ID verification, right-to-work, biosecurity / regulated sites, training certificates, CSCS, SIA, Sentinel, DBS, courier licence / insurance / vehicle checks, weather rest-break advisories, presence / reader coexistence, and related controls. Only enable gates you enforce in the field; each gate affects who can be assigned and what appears on compliance exports.

Presence / reader coexistence

Fobs clock a badge. Mustre clocks a cleared worker onto a job. Prefer the shared kiosk tablet and geofenced mobile clock-in for compliance-grade hours. When a site keeps yard RFID readers:
  1. Open Settings → Compliance → Presence / reader coexistence.
  2. Enable ingest (optionally allow soft-create of provisional, unapproved records when no clock-in exists yet).
  3. Rotate webhook API key and send POST events to the presenceSignalWebhook Cloud Function with header X-Mustre-Presence-Key, or paste CSV rows (jobId,userId,swipedAt,externalId) on the same page.
Swipes confirm an existing punch or soft-create a provisional presence record. They do not replace geofenced clock-in as the system of record for compliance packs.

Training register

Enable the training / induction register to track certificates with expiry (site induction, COSHH, first aid, trade tickets, SIA co-reqs, and so on).
  • Mark catalog types as Required when every assignee must hold them.
  • Construction orgs: use Add construction trade tickets for IPAF, PASMA, CPCS, asbestos awareness, and working at height (or load them via the Construction starter pack).
  • Security orgs: use Add SIA co-requisite types for EFAW, SIA refresher, and ACT awareness (or load them via the Security starter pack).
  • Pipeline / energy orgs: use Add pipeline/energy tickets for ASNT ILI-PQ (or equivalent), client OQ task qualification, and site induction (or load them via the Pipeline / energy starter pack). Launch/receive mobilisation jobs require those tickets at dispatch.
Record completions on each worker under Team. Missing or expired required training surfaces as a soft warning when you assign someone to a job.

Construction (CIS / UTR)

When your org supplies labour to principal contractors:
  1. Open Settings → Compliance → Construction.
  2. Optionally record your organisation UTR / accounts-office reference.
  3. Turn on Require CIS evidence at dispatch if assignees should hold CIS details before you put them on a job.
Workers with employee labour engagement are skipped for the CIS toast; subcontractors, agency, and unset engagement are checked. Enter UTR and verification status on the worker’s Team compliance page.

Security (SIA and co-requisites)

  1. Enable the SIA gate and allowed licence roles as usual.
  2. Turn on SIA co-requisites at dispatch when officers must also have EFAW, SIA refresher, and ACT awareness on the training register (post–April 2025 renewal rules).
  3. Click Add SIA co-requisite types if those catalog entries are not already present, then Save.
With the co-req gate on, all three types are required for SIA-gated assignees. If a licence is in its renewal window (~90 days) and co-reqs are missing, dispatch messaging notes that renewal may be blocked.

Care (CQC induction)

Care orgs can load the Social care starter pack. That seeds unsupervised home-visit and supervised / shadowing templates and turns on Induction required before unsupervised work: unsupervised visits warn at dispatch and block clock-in until Care Certificate and mandatory induction are recorded; supervised visits skip the gate. Click Add CQC induction types if those catalog entries are not already present, then Save training settings. Customer portal jobs show a “workforce file ready for inspection” summary.

Events & venues (SIA role-split)

Event staffing orgs can register as Events & venues (or load the Events starter pack). That seeds licensable-security and steward job templates and turns on SIA only on licensable jobs: door-supervisor shifts still warn without a valid SIA licence; steward shifts skip the SIA gate. Venue contacts see a “roster cleared before gates” summary on the customer portal.

Pipeline / energy (ILI-PQ / OQ)

Energy field-services orgs can register as Pipeline / energy field services (or load that starter pack). That seeds a launch/receive mobilisation job with ILI-PQ, client OQ, and site induction required, plus PTW / toolbox / launcher safety checklists. Click Add pipeline/energy tickets if those catalog entries are not already present, then Save training settings. Client portal jobs show a “crew cleared for tomorrow’s run” summary. Mustre does not replace ILI analytics or API 1163 system qualification.

FWA / gangmaster licence

Under Settings → Compliance → FWA / gangmaster licence, record the organisation’s Fair Work Agency (or legacy GLAA) licence number, expiry date, and optional issuing authority. The status badge shows Valid / Expiring soon / Expired / Not set. Inspection packs include org-licence.csv and a summary PDF line; Compliance shows a banner when the licence is missing, expiring, or expired. Owners and admins receive the daily compliance digest when a recorded licence is expired or within the renewal window (not when it was never entered). Public register lookup is not automated yet.

FWA accommodation and transport

If you provide worker accommodation or transport-to-site (FWA / gangmaster licensing depth), enable the welfare flags under Compliance and complete worker placement records on Team. Incomplete evidence can warn at dispatch and appears on inspection-pack roster columns.

Tips

  • Owners and admins manage billing; other roles may see settings read-only.
  • After changing compliance gates, review Team attention items before the next dispatch.
  • Appearance changes apply to the web app chrome for your users.
