Subscription and Stripe
On the Organisation tab, the subscription card manages your platform plan:- New orgs typically complete Checkout for a free trial, then a paid plan
- Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal (card, plan changes)
- Until the subscription is active or trialing, the app may gate the dashboard behind
/billing/checkout
Stripe Connect (invoice payments)
Connect onboarding (when enabled) lets you attach payment links when sending invoices. Status badges show Ready / Setup incomplete / Not connected. Optional invoice-advance referral and insurance attach appear here when your plan includes them — Mustre does not lend money or sell insurance directly.Compliance policy
The Compliance tab toggles the gates that apply at enrollment, dispatch, and clock-in — for example ID verification, right-to-work, biosecurity / regulated sites, training certificates, CSCS, SIA, Sentinel, DBS, courier licence / insurance / vehicle checks, weather rest-break advisories, and related controls. Only enable gates you enforce in the field; each gate affects who can be assigned and what appears on compliance exports.Tips
- Owners and admins manage billing; other roles may see settings read-only.
- After changing compliance gates, review Team attention items before the next dispatch.
- Appearance changes apply to the web app chrome for your users.
