Compliance hub
The hub shows snapshot stats such as workers needing attention, Working Time warnings, and jobs / workers included in pack filters. Use it to:- Resolve roster issues before dispatch or export
- Download an inspection pack ZIP
- Download a Modern Slavery evidence pack when required
- Export payroll hours CSV
Workers needing attention
The attention list highlights workers with expired, expiring, or pending right-to-work (and related credential issues). Resolve these on Team (or the worker’s compliance page) before assigning work or including them in an audit pack.Working Time warnings
Rolling 7-day hour totals can flag workers over typical Working Time thresholds (for example approaching or exceeding 48 hours). Review warnings before payroll export so supervisors can adjust schedules.Inspection pack ZIP
Generate an org inspection pack for a date range (and optional customer filter). Options may include non-completed jobs and worker identity documents when your settings allow. A pack typically includes:- A manifest of contents
- CSV summaries (jobs, roster, vehicles where used)
- A worker compliance index (credentials and document inventory)
- Optional identity document copies
- A summary PDF cover note
Modern Slavery evidence pack
A separate ZIP tailored for Modern Slavery statements / audit requests: summary materials, workers-attention extracts, and incidents in the period (including RIDDOR-shaped content where recorded). Generate from the Compliance hub when you need that evidence set.Per-job evidence
On job detail:- Review checklist progress (photos, signatures, text items).
- Download job-level compliance JSON or PDF when available.
- After audit sign-off, the job moves to Completed and remains available for packs.
Payroll hours CSV
Export clock-in / clock-out rows for a date range. Rows can include geofence context, supervisor approval, Working Time warning flags, and optional presence reader provenance (Recorded via = presence or a presence external id when a swipe confirmed the punch). Use this for your payroll bureau — deeper payroll integrations can come later.
Vertical obligations
Regulatory drivers differ by sector (FWA/gangmaster licensing, CSCS, SIA, events, CQC, property home-entry, courier credentials). See the Vertical compliance map for what each vertical needs and what is shipped vs on the roadmap.Related
