# Getting started

Mustre helps you plan work on the board, dispatch crews to sites, and keep compliance evidence in one place.

## Create your organisation

1. Go to **Get started** and register with your work email.
2. Verify your email, then sign in.
3. Complete organisation setup — name, industry label, and optional starter templates.

You become the organisation owner with full access to settings, team, and exports.

## Dashboard overview

After sign-in, the sidebar groups day-to-day work:

| Area | What it is for |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Map** | Snapshot of locations and active work |
| **Board** | Kanban view of jobs by status — plan and track dispatch |
| **Jobs** | Searchable job list with filters |
| **Locations** | Sites and sub-locations where work happens |
| **Team** | Worker registry, right-to-work, and compliance badges |
| **Crews** | Named work crews for recurring dispatch |
| **Compliance** | Inspection packs and per-job evidence exports |
| **Templates** | Job and checklist templates your org reuses |

## Terminology

* **Location** — a site where work happens (farm, construction project, venue, etc.).
* **Sub-location** — a zone within a location (shed, bay, floor).
* **Job** — a unit of work at a location, usually from a template.
* **Crew / worker** — people assigned to jobs; **crew** also means a saved work group in **Crews**.
* **Board** — kanban columns by job status (pending, in progress, awaiting audit, completed).

## Next steps

* Read [Jobs and board](/jobs-and-board) to plan dispatch from the kanban view.
* Invite workers from **Team** or run an **Enrollment** campaign — see [Team and crews](/team-and-crews).
* Configure [Templates and checklists](/templates-and-checklists) so new jobs carry the right evidence fields.
* When auditors ask for proof, use [Compliance and exports](/compliance-and-exports).
