# Analytics

Open **Analytics** (Insights) for an operations and finance overview of your organisation.

## What you will see

Stat cards typically cover location counts (total / active / inactive / maintenance), team size, locations at risk, and Working Time warnings over the last 7 days.

Sections can include:

| **Compliance health**              | See whether gates are enabled and healthy       |
| **Inspection readiness**           | Spot gaps before you generate a pack            |
| **Compliance narratives**          | Read generated narrative summaries for audits   |
| **Regulatory watch**               | Track regulatory-change signals when configured |
| **Operations insights**            | Review volume and activity trends               |
| **Finance**                        | Margin / billing-oriented rollups               |
| **Bonus & incentives**             | Rank workers for bonus conversations            |
| **Locations by type**              | Breakdown of your site catalog                  |
| **Recent activity**                | Last 30 days of notable events                  |
| **Work crew / worker performance** | On-time %, overdue, evidence completeness       |

Empty states appear when a section has no data yet (for example no crews, no bonus inputs, or no incidents in period).

## When to open Analytics

* Before a busy week — check WTR warnings and locations at risk
* Before an inspection — inspection readiness and compliance health
* End of month — finance and bonus / incentive tables
* After process changes — confirm evidence completeness is improving
